Who We Are
Aeterna is a private investment firm with a focus on private equity, private credit and special situations. We have the dedicated backing of several accomplished families who rely on us to source and vet private investments which yield compelling risk-adjusted returns.
Aeterna has a track record of aligning with sellers/management teams in order to both a) create liquidity for founding shareholders and b) build upon the legacy created by a founder in order to maximize long term value for all remaining stakeholders. Aeterna thrives in closely held situations and is respectful of the unique history and culture embedded in any underlying business.
We have cultivated a diverse and influential group of other family offices with whom we go out of our way to share dealflow, relationships and intelligence. Collaboration is part of our DNA.
